ImprovBoston is excited to announce auditions for its NEW Touring Company! The ImprovBoston TourCo cast represents the best improvisers in the greater Boston community, furthering ImprovBoston's reputation as New England's premiere comedy theater. Company members will commit to a 3-month rehearsal process consisting of 2 rehearsals per week and 1 rehearsal per week thereafter. Ability to maintain sufficient show availability (including giving priority over other IB shows/rehearsals) during the 12-month TourCo commitment is required. TourCo benefits include paid performances, professional experience, a mastery of varied custom comedy show formats, and industry showcase opportunities.

Auditions will take place Saturday, October 29 from 1-4pm at ImprovBoston. Callbacks are Sunday, October 30 from 1-3pm. You must be available for both days. If you are able to make the commitment and meet the TourCo audition requirements, please email with your resume for an appointment. Slots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

TourCo Audition Requirements (at least one of the following):
- You have completed IB level 301 or higher
- You have at least one year of professional improv experience
- You have at least one year of improv training at a nationally recognized program

Performance dates: December 15-18 & December 22-23 at ImprovBoston
Rehearsal schedule: Wednesday and Thursday evenings with Saturday afternoons and some Sunday afternoons as needed starting ASAP.
Auditions for What the Dickens!? are Friday, October 21 from 6PM to 10PM at the ImprovBoston Training Center at 114 Bishop Allen Dr, Cambridge MA 02139.
Driving: There is free parking in the lots at the corners of Prospect Street & Bishop Allen Drive.
MBTA: Public Transportation: Red Line to Central, or the following bus lines serve the area: #1, #47, #64, #68, #69, #70, #70A, #83 or #91

GHOST XMAS PAST - Tenor, Male, 20-40
GHOST XMAS PRESENT - Alto/Tenor, Male or Female, 20-40
CHORUSER - Alto/Tenor, Male or Female, 20-40
What to prepare: Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script plus a vocal audition. There will be also be a dance audition at callbacks. Please prepare 16 bars of a pop, rock or musical theatre song of your choice, to be sung either a capella or with light accompaniment. Dance experience is preferred, but not required.

15-minute slots are available: 6pm, 6:20pm, 6:40pm, 7pm, 7:20pm, 7:40pm, 8pm, 8:20pm, 8:40pm, 9pm, 9:20pm, 9:40pm. Slots are limited to 6 performers max. We will attempt try to accommodate your first choice if possible.

Please email your preferred slot time(s), your headshot or a recent clear facial photo, performance resume, and contact information to; you will receive an email confirming your audition slot time. Callbacks will be Monday, October 24 at 7:30pm; location TBA. There will be a dance audition at callbacks.
